2. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront is required to reserve project time

• 50% is due upon delivery

Late payments may incur interest fees of 2% per month.

3. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become your property once full payment is received.

• Cyberhive Studio retains the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

• Unused concepts or drafts remain our intellectual property.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all shared materials, discussions, and internal documents as confidential unless agreed otherwise.

5. Cancellations & Terminations

Projects may be paused or terminated with written notice by either party. You’ll be billed for work completed up to the termination date.

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost revenue or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for our services.
